Shipping

All banner brackets are shipped standard UPS ground within 3 to 4 weeks upon receipt of order. All product is shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA via UPS - Ground.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by Dekra-Lite.com or DLImaging.net, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Terms

Our terms are 50% deposit with placement of order, with the balance due upon shipping of product or completion of installation.

Return Policy

Any returned products under the following conditions will result in a 20% restocking fee and the customer will incur the return freight charges: Customer ordered incorrect product. Never opened or used product for its intended purpose. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Return requests will be accepted for credit if submitted and approved within 30 days of receipt of product.

Acceptance of Merchandise

All claims of merchandise delayed, lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the consignee/customer. When accepting shipment, claims of any missing cartons or visible damage must be filed within 10 days of the receipt of delivery. All claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Failure to properly file claims may mean refusal of the claim and subsequent loss to the consignee/customer.

    Frequently asked questions about Dekra-Lite's products and services.

    Please call or email our staff of designers and customer service personnel for assistance in placing orders, answering questions, or designing a decor or banner program for you. You can us toll free at 1-800-474-5179.

    What payment methods are acceptable?
    Upon approved credit, we will accept a company or city purchase order accompanied by a 50% deposit. We can ship COD up to $500.00, or we accept a check deposit with the balance due prior to shipping. We also accept MasterCard and Visa.

    Does Dekra-Lite install decorations?
    Yes. We install decor for cities, parks and commercial properties. We do not do any residential installations. Please contact 1-800-474-5179 for further information and installation areas.

    How are items shipped?
    Banners, brackets, garland, lights, and some deer, are small enough to ship UPS. Other items, such as pole decorations, ground mount displays, trees, signs etc. ship "best way". We use a number of local, national and over seas carriers depending on type of decor, packaging, and delivery needs. We stock a large number of products, so please contact us directly for availability and time frames for particular products.

    Is all of the necessary mounting hardware included with a pole decoration?
    Yes. Everything is included except the pole that the decoration will hang on.

    Is hardware included with a building or ground mount decor program?
    Included with a building or ground mount decoration is a replacement bulb package and any hardware necessary to assemble the decorations. However, applications vary and therefore, additional items may be necessary including hardware to fasten the decoration to a building (cable, anchoring hardware, mounting platform), or to the ground (stakes, cement anchors, cable).

    What if bulbs break during shipping?
    Each decoration is shipped with 10% replacement bulbs for damages in shipping and replacement throughout the holiday season.

    Do storage boxes come with the decor items?
    Smaller items such as banners and brackets are shipped in boxes that can be reused after installation. However, most all of our larger items will ship in crates or packaging that will not be reusable. We recommend placing dust covers over everything in storage to increase longevity.

    Are Dekra-Lite products guaranteed?
    Yes. Each of our products is covered by warranty to provide the best customer service available. Contact a designer @ 1-800-474-5179 for more information on our 6-3-1 decoration warrantee and our banner and WindBreaker bracket warrantees.

    Banner and Bracket Warranty

    The Dekra-Lite Digital banners are warranted for three (3) years from manufacturer defects and fading when installed per the instructions on Wind Breaker Banner Brackets. Wind Breaker Banner Brackets are guaranteed for six (6) years against defects in material and workmanship when installed according to our installation instructions. Please note - any banner programs up over 30 days must use "Bandit-It" stainless steel banding (Model #206) and the banding must wrap around the pole twice (x2) before clamping the buckles to qualify for warranty. After three (3) years we prorate our warranty by 50% from the date of delivery. Also, as noted in your instructions, inspect your banner installation 30 days after initial installation and every 60 days there after making any appropriate adjustments. Please verify with your light pole manufacturer or a structural engineer to insure that the light pole is suitable for a banner bracket and a banner application.

    Holiday Décor Warranty

    Dekra-Lite Industries Inc. warranties to the original buyer that all of our displays and accessories will be free from manufacturer's defects. Under normal conditions of use and service, this protection is extended for six (6) seasons on all steel frames, three (3) seasons on garland and electrical wiring, and one (1) season on all computerized lighting modules. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs or light strands. Pole Mount displays are designed to withstand up to 40 mph winds with no ice load. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part that is found to be defective.

    Under this warranty, the company's obligation to repair or replace is on a non pro-rated basis.

    Labor to install and cost of shipping are not included in this warranty and are expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Bulb burnouts or electrical damage caused by the buyer or weather elements, or damage caused by rough handling in transit are not covered by this warranty. Therefore, units should be inspected and tested for bulb outage upon delivery and prior to installing. All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing and is packed in an approved manner in approved cartons when it leaves the warehouse.

    By explaining our privacy policy to you we (Dekra-lite) trust that this notice will allow you to better understand how we keep certain information private and secure while using it to serve you better. This notice is provided to you as required by the federal Financial Privacy Law and refers to our policies and practices effective on and refers to our policies and practices effective on and after July 1, 2001.

    The notice explains the following:

    PROTECTING CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF CONSUMER INFORMATION

    We take seriously our responsibilities to respect the confidentiality and security of nonpublic personal information - called "Consumer Information" in this notice. Our policy calls for safeguards to protect Consumer Information from unauthorized access, alteration and destruction. For example, our policies authorize access to Consumer Information only by those who need access to do their work. The same holds true for our affiliated companies, which are companies that, now or in the future, we own (or control), or are owned (or controlled) by, or are under common ownership (or control) with. We also may maintain, as required by applicable federal regulations, physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

    WHO IS COVERED BY THE PRIVACY POLICY; REVISIONS TO THE POLICY

    Our privacy policy applies to individuals (and their legal representatives) who are consumers or customers in connection with financial services primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, such as leases, installment purchases of vehicles, and insurance. It covers both current and former customers and treats them the same. This notice also describes the privacy policy of our affiliated companies, except as states in separate notices they give you. Consumers who transact financial services business with the Dekra-lite through the Internet may also be covered by privacy policies that may be posted on the web sites they visit. Individuals who transact business with us but who do not seek financial services from us are not covered by our privacy policy or this notice. We reserve the option of revising this notice and our privacy policy from time to time, but we will give you notice of the revised policy before disclosing Consumer Information about you other than as described in this notice.

    INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    We collect and use information about you from various sources. The amount and nature of the information collected and used varies from transaction to transaction, but the information can include the information described in the following five types:

    1. Information from you. Information you provide to us on applications, other forms, and by other means, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income, and debt;

    2. Information from our experience and our affiliated companies' experiences. Information about your transactions and account experience with us or our affiliated companies, such as parties to transactions, contract or lease balances, payment history, and communications and correspondence;

    3. Information from the experience of other parties. Information from outside sources regarding their employment, credit or other relationships, account experience, or transactions with you, or verifying representations made by you, such as your Employment history, credit balances, or your property or liability insurance coverage.

    4. Information from credit reports. Information supplied by consumer reporting agencies, such as information regarding your creditworthiness or credit history;

    5. Other general information. Other general information we obtain about you (such as demographic information) that is not assembled for the purpose of determining your eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or other products or services.

    SHARING INFORMATION WITH AFFILIATED COMPANIES

    We may disclose to our affiliated companies all of the information we collect about you as described in each of the five categories above. Our affiliated companies can be financial service providers such as leasing companies, insurance companies and payment processing companies and nonfinancial companies such as automotive repair facilities and data processing companies. This sharing permits us to give you superior service, make a wider range of products available, and operate our business more effectively. We do not share information with nonaffiliated third parties, other than describe below under "Sharing Information for Legal and Routine Business Reasons and for Joint Marketing." Where they apply, we observe limits and restrictions set by law as to sharing certain kinds of information with our affiliates. For example, unless you authorize the sharing, we do not disclosure creditworthiness information about you from credit reports.

    SHARING INFORMATION FOR LEGAL AND GENERAL BUSINESS REASONS AND FOR JOINT MARKETING

    We may disclose any of the above five types of Consumer Information to credit bureaus and similar organizations, and otherwise when permitted by law. For example, this may include a disclosure in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, a fraud investigation, recording motor vehicle registration and other documents in public records, an audit or examination, or the sale of your account to another financial institution. We may also share any of the above five types of Consumer Information outside of our affiliated companies if we have your consent, such as when you've requested to be contacted by other companies we work with.

    We may also share all five types of Consumer Information above with companies that work for us, possibly including some of our own affiliated companies, to perform services for us or functions on our behalf. These companies may include financial service providers such as banks, finance companies, insurance companies and payment processing companies, and non financial companies such as automobile manufacturers and data processing companies, and other organizations, such as nonprofit organizations that might provide education, training, or certification services to businesses such as ours. We may share any of the five types of Consumer Information above with companies that work for us to provide marketing and other services or with financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, such as banks or financing divisions of motor vehicle manufacturers.
