Many products are available that are not featured in our catalog. Items you may need to purchase for a new holiday decor program or others you may need to refurbish an existing program are only a phone call away.

Shipping

If an order is not marked “Do Not Ship Early” Dekra-Lite can ship the order in full or in part when it is ready.

If an order can not ship on the requested ship date, Dekra-Lite will notify customer with a new projected ship date.

Small decor items generally ship UPS Ground. Due to the dimensions of the shipping cartons, minimum Ground service shipping per item or case is $15.50.

A  Physical address is required. We don’t ship to a P.O. Box 

S&H rates shown on our website are for deliveries by standard Ground service within the 48 contiguous United States.

Call for shipping quotes to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories.

Call for express shipping such as 2-Day Air and Next Day Air Delivery.

Large decor items are shipped via truck freight.

Express shipping services are not available for large displays on LTL trucks. Airfreight shipping services might be provided base on the Airfreight Company’s service and availability.
 
A signature  is required for all Deliveries . 
 
Truck freight shipments via ground to a residential address may be subject to a lift gate charge over and above a quoted shipping rate if “residential” is not indicated on the order.

Shipping to Government office, Schools, Church and Hospitals are consider limited access area and it will be extra charges if not indicated on the order.

Changing the shipping address after products are in route or in transit to be delivered without notification to the shipper (DL) may be subject to extra charges.

All banner brackets are shipped standard UPS ground within 3 to 4 weeks upon receipt of order. All product is shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA via UPS - Ground.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by Dekra-Lite.com or DLImaging.net, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Terms

Our terms are 50% deposit with placement of order, with the balance due upon shipping of product or completion of installation.

Return Policy

Any returned products under the following conditions will result in a 20% restocking fee and the customer will incur the return freight charges: Customer ordered incorrect product. Never opened or used product for its intended purpose. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Return requests will be accepted for credit if submitted and approved within 30 days of receipt of product.

Acceptance of Merchandise

All claims of merchandise delayed, lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the consignee/customer. When accepting shipment, claims of any missing cartons or visible damage must be filed within 10 days of the receipt of delivery. All claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Failure to properly file claims may mean refusal of the claim and subsequent loss to the consignee/customer.
