The Dekra-Lite team works hard to ensure safe and long-lasting commercial Christmas displays. Unfortunately, this isn’t always enough to ward off extreme weather conditions, electrical shortages, or other unexpected Christmas crises. Lucky for you, we guarantee all of our work throughout the season. Dekra-Lite team members even make regular rounds checking our local projects for issues and outages. Plus, we automatically send maintenance teams to heavily decorated properties after inclement weather to proactively address potential issues.


If something goes wrong and our team doesn’t catch it, all you have to do is make a maintenance request.

How do I make a maintenance request?


  1. Call our Holiday Hotline (714-556-5218). This number will connect you with a Dekra-Lite representative or our voicemail. In either case, this is the best number to reach our team for emergency repairs.
  2. Call our North Pole Mission Control center (714-436-0705 ext. 802). We have elves working at North Pole Mission Control from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. most days, and they would love to help you get your repairs started.
  3. Send a request via email to NorthPoleMissionControl@dekra-lite.com. Our North Pole Mission Control elves will get someone out to start your repairs as soon as possible.
  4. Call your sales representative. They will notify our maintenance team of your request.
  5. Leave a message at our front desk (714-436-0705) and someone will contact you for further information and assistance.

Once we receive your request, we guarantee to dispatch maintenance staff to your property within 24-48 hours. We may require additional information prior to dispatch, so it’s important that you or other members of your team are available to discuss the situation.  


Our crew will then go out, survey the property and damages, take any necessary photos, and make repairs. We’ll keep you in the loop so you understand the status of your maintenance request from start to finish. Whether it’s an easy one-night fix or we’ll need to order parts and return the next day, our crew will be in touch with you every step of the way. 


When all repairs are set, we’ll notify you that the display is as good as new. It's as simple as that! No more stress, just an abundance of Christmas spirit.
