How Does Commercial Christmas Decorating Work?

Consultation

The first step in our collaboration is a detailed consultation. We'll discuss everything from your vision and goals to your property details and your budget. It's best to come prepared with any specific themes or feelings you want to evoke, your key objectives and logistical details, and an outline of your financial framework and approval processes.

Approval & Payment

When you're happy with your designs, you'll send us your official approval by signing our proposal documents or via email. Then, we'll send you an invoice noting your required deposit. Once received, we'll get to work on your décor!

Proposal

Next comes our proposal. Approximately four weeks post-consultation, you'll receive the first digital mock-up of your custom holiday display. This will showcase our proposed designs right on your property, helping you visualize the final setup.

Installation, Removal, & Storage

Customers who opt for our turnkey services can sit back and relax while we install, remove, and store their decorations. If you're interested in installing, removing, or storing your own products, we will give you all the information and guidance you need for a smooth set-up.

Revisions & Approvals

Our team works hard to bring your vision to life, not ours. So you're likely to have some questions and changes on our initial proposal. We're happy to revise your designs until you're 100% satisfied. Our goal is to create holiday décor that perfectly matches your brand and exceeds your expectations.

Maintenance & Refurbishments

The most important part of the decorating process is refurbishing your décor in the off-season. Our team handles this for each of our turnkey clients. We've also visited our partners on their properties and assisted virtually to keep our clients' decorations looking their Christmas best year after year.
